Every glass bottle is wrapped in protective padding and packed inside a sealed carton to reduce movement in transit. Orders ship with insurance covering loss or breakage from dispatch until delivery.

Delivery timelines are shown at checkout based on destination and carrier. Tracking details are emailed once your order leaves our warehouse, so you can follow your fragrance every step of the way.

Unopened fragrance boxes and gift sets may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original, undamaged packaging with all seals intact.
